Day 40 - 40e jour d'école

Message To Parents:
There is NO SCHOOL tomorrow for students K-5, as it is a Professional Development Day.
Have a Happy Halloween and safe trick-or-treating!  Have a wonderful weekend!

 Next Library Book Exchanges are: Thursday, November 7, 2019 and Wednesday, November 20.

 Aujourd'hui:
-we did mathématiques and we got to wear our costumes to school and with our costumes we got to go to peoples' classes and show them and we did two recesses, one snack and one lunch. -Haddon

-it is Halloween and we did Halloween math activities. -Sammy

-it was Sarah's special helper today and we did math. -Arya M.

-we had two recesses, deux snacks, we did Blogger et it's also Halloween Day and we dressed up in costumes. -Maddie

Students made Halloween vocabulary books.
Madame Emily read the book, "Aaaaah!  Une souris!"  Please ask your child what the story was about.
Students did math centres today and chose a variety of Halloween math activities.

Message To Parents: Further to my email sent earlier this week, I have made a change.   Students may come to school dressed in their costume on October 31st and may wear their costume for the entire school day if they wish.   Students will need to remove their costume if it is cumbersome and/or not safe for running during our gym period. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns.
