  Bonjour parents and students in Room 1, Thank you for your emails and heartfelt messages.  I deeply appreciate your kindness, thoughtfulness and well wishes.  I wanted to let you know that I have been thinking of all of you.  I hope that everyone is able to remain healthy and safe and is able to adjust to a "new normal" during this unusual time.  I sympathize fully with you and understand how confusing this can be to children.  I know that we’ll be able to work through this challenge, as we do through all of them.  Our virtue of the month is Growth Mindset; our brains have an amazing ability to adapt and change, grow and make new connections.  Please assure your children that I have full confidence that we will get through this together.
