Day 19 - 19e jour d'école

Message to Parents/Guardians:
Room 1 is having a class Pyjama Day this Friday!  Students have worked collectively to earn a special day.  Students may wear their pyjamas and bring one stuffed animal to school.  They may also wear their slippers in class!  Please note that in the case of a fire drill, students will have to go outside in their slippers.  On Friday, it is also Crazy Hair Day for the entire school.  Students are welcome to participate in both should they choose.  Bravo et bon travail les amis!
Today:

-we did a graph about how old we are. -Hannah
-we did snack and lunch and two recesses. -Halle
-we made snowmen outside and snow mountains (at recess). -Sammy
-we are wearing orange t-shirts for the First Nations peoples (who were sent to Residential Schools). -Will
-we did mathématiques. -Haddon
-it was Halle's special helper day. -Sarah
-we did jaune poem. -Will
-we did Hannah Mae's brown bag. -Haddon
-we had gymnase with M. Trevor. -Alexis
-we did la lecture. -Hannah'Mae

Message To Parents: FOOD BANK DONATIONS NEEDED PLEASE We are collecting non-perishable food items for the Mayor's Food Bank Drive until December 19.    Items can include:   P asta sauce, granola bars, juice boxes, powdered milk, stage three baby food, peanut butter, pasta, rice, soup cans or packages, cereal, oatmeal, canned tuna, canned chicken, canned beans, canned fruit, pancake/bread/biscuit mixes, gluten-free pasta, etc.   Thank you for your support!
